Finished Size: 12" x 12"
Figuring prominently in the early history of the country, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is the fifth largest city in the country. Once the center of the original thirteen colonies, Independence Hall was the location of the Second Continental Congress where delegates from the colonies met to sign the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. Founded by William Penn, Philadelphia grew quickly because of the tolerant and welcoming environment that Penn established for the colony. Home to the Liberty Bell and a number of other historical places, this bold star design celebrates Philadelphia's heritage.
