Description

Finished Size: 12" x 12"

Founded in 1535 by Francisco Pizzaro on land occupied by the Incas, Lima was originally named the City of Kings or La Ciudad de los Reyes. Its current name is thought to come from the Spanish pronunciation of "Limaq," the native name for the city. It is the capital of the Peru and one of the largest cities in Latin America. This block design represents a crown, a reference to its royal name.
